I really cannot recommend Mr. Edward Chung enough. I actually owe a huge part of my business success to Mr. Chung since from the moment I planned my startup, he walked me through every step, from clearly explaining to me the different business designations and their legal, financial, and tax ramifica...tions, to taking care of the complicated web of paperwork required to launch my company. The best part is that he's intensely thorough and quick in conveying complex legal concepts & issues into everyday language I can understand. Mr. Chung trained me very well and my knowledge of business law has skyrocketed thanks to his guidance and expertise. In addition to all this, he is a genuinely ethical, empathetic, and compassionate person. Unfortunately, this attorney's main focus was money and not the Client's best interest and/or achieving results. I understand time is money. It should not be the focus! The attorney should have been honest about his expertise in the area of practice I needed for service. Truly, he did not researc...h or take time to review my case at all.
