Biography
My practice is focused on civil litigation. I defend my clients in lawsuits arising from construction defect and work-site injuries, premises liability, product liability, trucking and automobile accidents and injuries.
I have experience in construction contract review and drafting. I handle all manner of property problems such as boundary disputes, timber trespass and surface water damage.
My goal is to handle the defense in an efficient and reasonable manner while advocating for my clients consistent with the Washington State Bar's Creed of Professionalism and my firm's compass point values. I enjoy what I do.
