Replied last October 05, 2024The post to which this poster is upset is this one: https://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/authorized/can-i-retract-statements-my-children-said-to-the-p-6104766.html . Anyone can review this post to see whether I was "judgmental". In fact, as she wrote in this review (but left out in her post), CPS did come to check on her as I wrote CPS would. Everything I wrote in the post is legally true and factual. I made no "implications" about anything. This poster apparently just does not like people who does not agree with her. Her family, according to her, has a history involving domestic violence ("no contact order").
