I hired Wes to represent me in an action against an insurance company that denied payment of my medical expenses. The insurance company claimed that the automobile accident, which they conceded was caused by their insured, did not cause the injury which resulted in the need for my spinal surgery. The final result was that the insurance company settled for significantly more than the original arbitration award. Wes was an excellent choice for my case.
