I will keep this short and to the point. Five years ago i was struck and driven up the road by an SUV whilst riding my bicycle. I retained a good attorney who then referred me over to Wes as this is his specialty. I am going to make a comment that i probably shouldn't but he is NOT an ambulance ch...aser and knows the law and all of it's nuances to the Nth degree. My settlement was not huge based upon the fact that the gal that hit me at 50 miles an hour had basic coverage only nd we did not have other options. Wes did however negotiate and get me an equitable settlement for my accident. Based upon all of the GARBAGE Ambulance Chasing Attorneys that are on TV, your time and money will be so much better spent and used reaching out to a Viper of an Attorney that has the utmost respect of his peers and the legal community as Wes Edmunds. I taught me a lot about law and the system and God forbid if i ever need legal services again, i will only call him. Scale of 1-10, Wes is a 9 as nobody is perfect!

I hired Wes to represent me in an action against an insurance company that denied payment of my medical expenses. The insurance company claimed that the automobile accident, which they conceded was caused by their insured, did not cause the injury which resulted in the need for my spinal surgery. W...es demonstrated an excellent understanding of the medical issues involved and provided me with a realistic expectation of the possible and probable legal outcomes. I chose arbitration instead of going to trial. In the arbitration session Wes demonstrated his skill in questioning expert witnesses and in presenting my case to the arbitrator. The result was that the maximum dollar amount was awarded to me. The insurance company then filed an appeal. A trial date was set and Wes instigated a series of steps including additional interviews and further depositions with the neurosurgeon and other doctors involved with my diagnosis and surgery. I believe that these steps convinced the attorney for the insurance company of the risk of actually going to trial. The final result was that the insurance company settled for significantly more than the original arbitration award. Wes was an excellent choice for my case. I live 2000 miles from Seattle and throughout the process he kept me fully informed and up to date. I would highly recommend Wes Edmunds. He created a concise strategy for my case and his tactical execution was extremely effective, particularly when he was face to face with the opposing counsel. The fact that he won the monetary award is great but at the outset, he was very honest about the different possible outcomes. In other words, he never made big promises and, most importantly, he listened to me and what my objectives were.
