I have handled hundreds of personal injury claims over the course of my career. Those injuries include chronic sprain and strains, serious back injuries requiring surgery, traumatic brain injuries, serious burn cases, loss of use of a limb, hip replacements, and the like. I have also handled wrongful death cases. Over the course of the last 5 years I have settled over $8,000,000 in claims. As part of my practice I also handle LTD issues.

I represent employees in claims against their employers for discrimination, including age discrimination, disability discrimination, sexual harassment, as well as FMLA issues and wrongful termination.
