I've worked with Mark for four years. He represents the best of our profession in intellect, ethics, demeanor and performance. Mark is a determined and tenacious fighter for each of his clients. If I was on the opposite side of a case from Mark, the thing that would worry me the most is that a judge and jury is going to like and respect him as much as everyone else. You can just tell he's on the right side, wearing the white hat.
