Biography
With over 16 years of experience as a trial attorney, I have developed a strong expertise in personal injury law and trial advocacy. My mission is to provide compassionate and aggressive representation for the seriously injured and their families throughout Washington State. As the owner and trial attorney of my own law firm, I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the legal profession and the community.
Previously, I worked as a trial attorney at multiple firms, where I handled complex cases involving car accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and product liability. I successfully negotiated and litigated multiple settlements and verdicts for my clients, using my skills in legal research, negotiation, and advocacy. I also supervised and mentored other attorneys and staff, ensuring quality and efficiency of legal services.

Sample of Legal Cases
The trial court denied the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on liability. After oral argument, the appellate division reversed and granted summary judgment to the plaintiff. The case subsequently settled at mediation for $2,300,000.
Damages verdict for $3,250,000
$1,800,000 settlement following a verdict of 100% liability against the defendant.
The offer prior to verdict was $60,000. The jury returned an award of $805,050. After 5 years of appeals, the verdict was sustained with interest (a total of over $1.3 million).
