Mark Theodore Patterson II

My sisters and I hired Mark to fight our malignant narcissist brother (also an attorney) who was appointed successor Trustee of our family trust. Our brother practiced every dirty, rotten trick in the playbook of cheats. Mark was always honest and had integrity, unlike our brother and his attorney... from Bellevue. For straight forward legal knowledge and hard work, Mark is great. But he's a one man show. For having to fight off attack after attack from dirty underhanded culprits who hide in the dark, he may need help. Mark has such high integrity that it was difficult for him to realize what dirty scoundrels he was dealing with. If you have a battle with a dirty scoundrel, choose another dirty scoundrel to fight your battle, as Mark will not stoop to their level. I liked his work and he allowed me to have much input into the case while he steered us straight for over a year, but unfortunately had to withdraw due to Covid and elderly parent family issue. . We totally understood and hated to see him go.

We hired Mark for a family dispute caused by our Trustee/Beneficiary brother. I wish we could have stayed with Mr. Patterson the whole time. Due to COVID and family obligation our complex situation became way too time consuming for Mark. I would highly recommend Mr. Patterson. He is a true gentl...eman, very knowledgeable and someone I would always want on my team!! Great lawyer!!!

Mark handled the probate after my father's unexpected death. I was referred to him by the Snohomish County Legal referral service. He was very easy to work with though at times there seemed to be a delay in communication. Among all of the great advice he gave me was a plan to save my father's h...ouse from foreclosure so it remained in the family until the market picked back up as it was the only inheiratance my siblings or I would ever see and we needed to recoup some financial losses. He and his staff were professional and pleasant and did what they could to make a difficult time a little less stressful.

Mark (Pete) Patterson caused a lot of harm to my child! Since hiring Mark he hid documents, failed to do the parenting plan correctly, cost me thousands of wasted dollars. This attorney did not work for me. Even my ex stated to me that she thought Mark was on her side. He is still harming my case... and my child.
