If you want the opposite of an ambulance chaser that cares about you then read this....

My family has worked with Sam and his team for years. They have been quick with their response when I have any inquiry that needs attention and have always guided me through any accident I have been involved with. Sam is easy to work with and gets results even when big insurance companies try to th...row their weight around and try to take advantage of "the little guy." We will continue to work with Sam for any future legal matters that come up in the future.

Incredible Attorney for PI

What can I say about Sam Elder .... just about everything done by Sam and his staff was over the top! My PI case was almost 3 years in completing, but when Sam took over it accelerated 10 fold. He knew what worked and didn't. Communicated with me in layman's language and allowed me to understand th...rough to completion. My settlement was very fair due to his negotiations. Very, very happy with results and him.

Excellent help in a complicated situation

It was a pleasure to deal with Sam when he represented our family in a complicated personal injury dispute with an insurance company. He and his paralegal assistant were great, communicating to us promptly and it was clear that they care about our problems a lot despite difficulties of the case; we a...re very satisfied at the end. I will certainly recommend Sam to my relatives, friends, and colleagues if somebody needs a really good lawyer.

Simply the Best

I have worked with many lawyers through my career and have never met one that I respect and admire as much as I do Sam Elder. While working with Sam thru my job he was kind and always willing to help and give advise to my co workers and myself when asked, he would go the extra mile and help with let...ters, calls and review documents as needed. My co workers and I were so grateful to have him in our lives and had a great deal of respect for him. A couple years ago I was in my first car accident, I was rear ended, Sam took care of everything! I could not have asked for a better end result. Sam Elder is simply the BEST!

"Sam is one of the if not the most active contributor to the trial lawyer community. He literally wrote the how-to book on conducting Civil Arbitrations. He is one of the most prominent attorneys for mandatory arbitration cases, and is respected far and wide. He has helped me evolve so much as an attorney. I can't thank him enough for how he has elevated the Plaintiff's bar."
