The Best Choice I Could Have Made For My Case

I can't sing Sam and his team's praises enough. After suffering from injuries from multiple accidents in a very short time I knew my case would be complicated and I needed to be represented. I am so thankful I chose Sam's firm to represent my case. Sam, James and their team advocated for me and wo...rked diligently with the insurance companies to ensure that I was able to get the medical attention I needed. They went above and beyond to make the whole process feel smooth and take away any stress or anxiety I had about my bills and my case. James managed the majority of my case and lead the arbitration for my case. He was very well prepared and was calm, clear and compelling. I believe I got the best possible outcome for my case and I am so grateful. They kept me informed during the whole process, were always available to answer any question I had, and they always treated me with kindness. I never felt like just a case, I felt like they were fully invested in my wellbeing. I would highly recommend them.

Sam is good

Sam helped us after a car accident last year. He is very attentive and kept us informed all through the settlement process. His knowledge and experience in personal injury law helped us from aggressive insurance company settler. His emails are especially well written. It is very hard to find any ...lawyer with such dedication to clients interest.

Great Lawyer

Shortly after my accident I was contacted by a couple of different insurance companies. I was not sure how to proceed and at first I thought I could handle it, but I realized very quickly I was over my head. I knew a lawyer down in Olympia who recommended Sam Elder as a Personal Injury Lawyer in my a...rea. The first meeting with Sam was a learning experience as to why you would never want to try this on your own. Sam listened to what happened and he took over all communications with the insurance companies. At first I did not know what to expect but Sam was on top of it. My surgery and physical therapy was covered and Sam coordinated payments with the all four of the companies in short order. I hope I never go through this again but if I do I know I have a fighter in my corner. Sam proved to be the best part of this entire incident. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Lawyer.

Total and Complete Peace of Mind

I think everyone hopes they never have to hire a lawyer for anything, but when they are needed, it's such a great experience to find a great one. I got into a head-on collision (not my fault) in 2011, 3 months before I was to move to India for a few years. I ended up having a concussion for 3 weeks... and thanks to my chiropractor, she recommended Sam. I was still not in right mind when I hired him so I really went off of trust in my amazing Chiro and I'm SO THANKFUL I hired him. He's such an incredible advocate for his clients. He took ALL the pressure off of me from the persistent hounding by the insurance company to settle (they were SUPER aggressive those first few days when I was still saying the same over and over again due to the concussion). While not his expertise, he even helped me when Progressive was trying to royally screw me on the actual car damage piece. He and his aides were always available to me while I was abroad and helped me figure out just what I needed to get and keep on hand/scan when it came to the medical attention I got while living in India. We had tons of email and Skype conversations over the course of the time I was there because I had so many physical issues arise due to the injuries from my accident. They worked w/ me on a plan since about a year after the accident and even up to the 3 year mark, nearing the final date to settle, I STILL had physical stuff ailing me due to the accident. Sam got an incredibly fair settlement for me and I'm thankful I got some amazing and really inexpensive care in India because it meant not only all my medical was paid for, which probably would not have happened if I got care in the US, but I felt the settlement was just in compensating me for quality of life lost due to the sometimes excruciating pain I was in. I've recommended him to friends, as soon as anyone tells me they've been in an accident and I'm not sure if any have gone to him but they should. One of my dear friends, who's an attorney in NorCal told me while we were in India together, "I say this as a lawyer but what sucks most about the auto collision situation is you HAVE to have a lawyer to get what you not only deserve but what should come to you ANYWAY by the insurance companies. They are just so awful they'll fight you on what they truly owe you and the only way you can get that, is to hire a lawyer who will need to take whatever percentage they do. It's awful." So... for a situation that is super awful, for countless reasons, I'm SO GLAD I chose Sam to help me get what was deserved from shiesty Progressive. Thank you Sam and Alisha! Freaking a team w/ real heart! =)

Thanks Sam

I had an attorney @ a Different law firm on the eastside handling Two motor vehicle Accidents Come to find out after 2yrs he wasn’t the one who was going to represent me in court should we end up there but he had another attorney that work for him that was going to, I did not click with her & Since ...the gentleman I hired was more concerned with his Winery in Chelan I started to look elsewhere that’s when Sam was a refered from a health care provider of mine .Come to find out the Law firm basically sat on my case running up the tab. So I cost me Several thousand to switch. With that said best Thing I did!!!!!!!!! Sam took Both Cases & we were off and running Filing motions & Combing over paper work. He went with me to a deposition that took me about 5hrs.(Made sure I was well pre-paired) Next came a mediation then we settled the first case. Next Came a IME DR appt where Sam also came with me so no big deal. Followed up by an arbitration which we had a favorable ruling & I then was able to settle the second case. Sam handles your case start to finish with the exception of a paralegal Which is Fantastic as well.(To me that’s most important)You don’t get the run around he always picks up the phone & can answer your question & tell you exactly where things are @ with out having to ask three other people & call you in a few days. I’ve refered 3 friends & My fiancée. If you have to go through the legal system best to hire the right guy the first time. Just for the record I’ve had four car accidents in my lifetime & own my own business 27yrs in Sales so I’ve been around the block. Sam is Solid! Thanks again. Jason
