About Kevin
Biography
I have been in practice since 1991. The overwhelming majority of new clients are referred to me by my former clients. I have worked in the areas of Conflict Resolution, Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Defense, Mediations, Collaborative Law, and other trial or civil litigation work.
I am a well-trained and experience Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer working to help individuals resolve their dispute without going to court. For more information about mediation or collaborative law go to .
I encourage straight talk and honest assessments. I do not work with people who will not put their children first. I believe every person is entitled to understand the law and their options, and I believe that with honest hard work all things all possible.
I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association, Pierce County Collaborative Practice, Washington Collaborative Practice, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the Washington State Society for Justice. I am active in the community in which my family resides. I am blessed to have a wonderful blended family and five children with whom I try to stay very active in their lives in addition to working in a very high paced and positive law practice.

Replied last July 23, 2009The person who posted this commnet did so annonymously. I am sure this was done to avoid the any action I may have taken for such outrageous and slanderous comments. To start with, divorce actions are not dismissed for attorney inaction; second, the person admits to owing attorney fees, filing bankruptcy, yet apparently still wanted my representation. Without more informaiton I really cannot respond further, but I take great pride in representing each and every client to the best of my ability. Most of my client's are referred by former clients. I am even recommended by peope who were on the other side of cases. I suppose in hind sight i shouldn't have gone to work for someone who had already gone through two other attorneys. Lastly, anyone who is reading this Avvo review can call me for ano charge consultation and decide for themselves the quallity of my leagl work and how I work for my clilents.
