I do tax controversy cases where individuals have audit and collection issues with the IRS, Washington State Departsmend of Revenue, Employment Security, and Labor & Industries.
I deal esclusively in cases that deal with a process known as Dependency. In these cases, the children have been taken by DSHS into foster care, and the parents are defending their parental rights.
I help clients with one of life’s inevitabilities: taxes. You can’t avoid them, but you can hire an experienced attorney to help make sure your rights are protected. From tax litigation and audit appeals to IRS mediation and state tax dispute representation, I offer a wide variety of tax-related legal services.
