Best Attorney I have ever had in my entire life!

I would give her 10 Stars if I could! I have never had anyone fight for me so hard my entire life. She was so Amazing in court, and I was so proud to stand next to her. Natasha her Assistant was Amazing as well and they kept me informed on everything the entire case! My case was an extremely tough on...e and the court ruled in our favor after a masterpiece argument by Kathryn. I am forever grateful, Paul Massey

Not recommended

We got off to a good start, once my retainer was paid in full everything started changing, at first she made it seem like we had the upper hand in the custody battle and property dissolution but as time went on I realized she didn't care about the outcome after I refused to lie about the past history... and behavior of my ex husband. I ended up hiring a different attorney and to this day have not received any of my retainer money back. The moment I hired a different attorney communication inproved with my ex husband and his attorney and we were able to settle and agree. Kathryn is very unprofessional and rude, does not let me finish a sentence and during our last conversation she hung up on me twice. She wasn't supportive of communicating with the opposing party and only cared that we went to trial.

Saved my son from a clearly diar future in arizona

I found kathrynn online at some law website when searching for legal help for a case where my sons mother was attempting to take him out of the stats after 5 years of coparenting with no prior indication to me. Kathryn helped me cut costs whenever possible and in the end helped me win what I believed... to be a difficult case. After proving that what my son would be leaving behind in Washington was WAY more significant than the promise of a steady home for his mother away from all of his family and friends. A tumultuous 6 months later and a hell of a battle. Kathrynn always kept me informed on any potential costs or conflicts and allowed me to do some work for myself to help cut costs once again. I did whatever I could. There was no way I could let the other half of my life leave. Eventually we settled last week. I was not named the primary pareny but it was determined I was his primary male role model(whatever that means, his father) and we would continue with out 50/50 schedule that had been maintained for the past 3 years until this case. Kathrynn has an attitude and healthy obsession with the law and getting justice for her clients in whatever way possible. She was professional throughout, upfront and helped me immensely. Id recommend her to anyone with family law concerns. As soon as i posted on the law website the first time 2 minutes later I was on a free phone consultation and doing everything I could before even paying a cent. Kathryn is lazer focused and works insanely hard. In the end I couldn't be happier. I get to stay with my son in Washington and everything has worked out as best as I could of wished.

Best Custody lawyer

Kathryn took my case in less then weeks before my court hearing. I was turned down by multiple attorney's with all odds against me. I won full custody of my children thanks to her hard work and dedication. She worked tirelessly and efficiently through my case. Ensuring she knew every detail. She ma...de me feel like my case was her top priority and kept me updated on everything with full explanation. She gave me the hope ,strength and courage I needed standing before the court. When we presented in court she was always a step ahead. She has great knowledge of child custody cases and knows the system well. She is by far the best attorney out there!!!! Thank you Kathryn !!!

Kathryn knows the Law

In Oct 2017, Kathryn entered our very COMPLEX De Facto case. It was extremely messy and stressful. Kathryn immediately took on the case, knowing that despite what had already occurred, in the favor of our opposing counsel, she could help to overturn the actions already taken. In three months time, Ka...thryn kept us up to speed each and every moment during our proceedings, was very responsive to our questions and concerns and always responded, same day to our e-mails. She never missed a deadline. Kathryn clearly, professionally and accurately stated the law in each motion filed. She knew exactly how to defend us - and in the end all motions were overturned in our favor. She really understands how our legal system operates, and how to seek justice. We would HIGHLY recommend Kathryn, to any person seeking legal counsel and/or to be represented, whether from the get-go or mid-litigation.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I have worked on 2-3 cases where Kathryn was the opposing counsel. Unlike other attorneys I have worked with, she has always been honest in her dealings with me. Kathryn is very passionate and a great advocate for her clients. It's not just about "winning" with her. I recently learned that Kathryn has been suspended from the practice of law for allegedly being untruthful about an incident where she claims a police officer tripped her. First and foremost, I do not believe Kathryn was being untruthful. Second, when she is able to practice law again, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending clients to her."

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Kathryn is an excellent attorney with the highest standard for professional ethics. I have opposed Kathryn on numerous cases over the years and I have always found her to be one of the easiest attorneys to work with. Kathryn is agreesive while at the same time always being fair. I highly endorse Kathryn, she is an outstanding family law attorney."

"I endorse this lawyer. Kathryn is an extremely aggressive advocate for her clients. She took over a very, very difficult case over from me, took it to the Court of Appeals and won and made law that is referred to in most temporary relocation cases every day throughout Washington State. Kathryn will fight to the very end for each and every one of her clients."
