She is not a lawyer- Dont waste your money
She is a horrible person and horrible lawyer. If you care about your case, DO NOT HIRE HER. All she cares about the money. She dropped off my case, in the middle of the process because she couldn't finish the case.

Be aware, find another attorney.
Do not hire this attorney. Abrupt, unprepared, inaccurate, and unorganized. Doesn't review what you submit, doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't even write well. The motion she submitted to Court was inaccurate on many accounts. She is not worth even $50 per hour
Well I do not know who this person is but I can assure all people that read the reviews I always answer the phone, I write well and I review everything I submit. I am sure the person did not get what they wanted but I never guarantee that at all.

Not really sure what happened here
The entire process has been confusing for me. I am not a lawyer and have no experience with any of this so I could be mistaken in my review but this whole thing seemed off to me. It seemed like I had good representation but by the end I realized how little was actually done. First I was talked into a...
No one ever has an airtight 100% guaranteed case. I have no idea who this client was and can only assume that the court did not believe her and entered an order ruling against what she asked. I know that I have other attorneys and people listen to my arguments in court and specifically come in to hear me speak. I am always prepared but again since this was anonymous I have no way of figuring out who and why this review was written.

Couldn’t even get to the consultation - insanely rude.
I called the office at 425-316-8090 to try and confirm the office address because I had a 10am appt. I called in and was greeted with: “I’m on the phone I can’t talk.” I had to look at my phone to make sure I had called the right number. The person didn’t give their name, and I said “Wow that’s a...
The statement above is not accurate at all and very sad that it was written. I was on a phone call and had a person in my office. I had no support staff with me. I always try and answer the phone as I consider that very important. I told my client I was putting him on hold. I picked up the other line and said "This is Kathryn, I am on another line can I call you back". All of sudden the caller starts a tirade that I did not even tell him my name. If anyone ever wants to call her I can guarantee that when I answer the phone I say "this is Kathryn". All I wanted to do was get his number so I could help him. He then called again and I was still on the phone and meeting with a client. I again said this is Kathryn, I am on another line can I call you back. All I got back was a I was horrible person. I would have called him back as I care.

Not recommended
We got off to a good start, once my retainer was paid in full everything started changing, at first she made it seem like we had the upper hand in the custody battle and property dissolution but as time went on I realized she didn't care about the outcome after I refused to lie about the past history...
"I have worked on 2-3 cases where Kathryn was the opposing counsel. Unlike other attorneys I have worked with, she has always been honest in her dealings with me. Kathryn is very passionate and a great advocate for her clients. It's not just about "winning" with her. I recently learned that Kathryn has been suspended from the practice of law for allegedly being untruthful about an incident where she claims a police officer tripped her. First and foremost, I do not believe Kathryn was being untruthful. Second, when she is able to practice law again, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending clients to her."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Kathryn for a few years and she carries herself in the most professional manner possible, and fights very hard for her clients. I would refer her a case without hesitation."
"Kathryn is an excellent attorney with the highest standard for professional ethics. I have opposed Kathryn on numerous cases over the years and I have always found her to be one of the easiest attorneys to work with. Kathryn is agreesive while at the same time always being fair. I highly endorse Kathryn, she is an outstanding family law attorney."
"I've faced Kathy as opposing counsel on multiple occasions. She advocates with passion in the courtroom. But she can also be surprisingly facilitative of settlement. I recommend Kathy."
"I endorse this lawyer. Kathryn is an extremely aggressive advocate for her clients. She took over a very, very difficult case over from me, took it to the Court of Appeals and won and made law that is referred to in most temporary relocation cases every day throughout Washington State. Kathryn will fight to the very end for each and every one of her clients."
"Kathryn is an attorney that demonstrates an unquestionable commitment to her clients. In advocating vigorously for their rights, she ensures both competent and compassionate representation."
