Called for advice on a restraining order, talked to me for an hour for free!

I called John earlier today for some advice regarding my pursuit of a restraining order against my ex-girlfriend. I was expecting to pay for his advice however when he picked up the phone and I asked how much it would cost he told me he would not charge me for any advice! I talked to him for upwards ...of 50 minutes and he explained the process I would need to go through to get about receiving my restraining order. I am blown away with the amount of help he gave me for free and if I do end up seeking a restraining order I will absolutely be retaining Mr. Polito as my attorney. Again, I cannot recommend his services enough. Whether you are just thinking about pursuing a case or struggling with an actual legal issue, Mr. Polito is absolutely the attorney to hire.

Defense Case

Hands down I was absolutely lucky to have John on my side throughout the whole process. I consulted super lawyers and other lawyers in the Seattle area. After 6 consultations just one phone call with John and I was confident that he was the man for the job. Not only due to the outcome of my case but ...the main reason was that John is hands down one of the best lawyers Ive ever met. He was realistic with me throughout the whole process by stating my case can either go two ways which both were great compared to the actual charge. His confidence and knowledge definitely showed in the court room not only towards the Judge but towards the other lawyers in the room. One thing I enjoyed about observing his office was that either the phone was always ringing when I was in there or one of his clients were inside speaking with him. That let me know that his legal assistance attracts. Every time we talked I was reassured that John was the right guy for the job. If I ever encounter the wheels of justice again which I don't ever plan on I know that the first call I make will be to John. I will also be recommending him to anyone else seeking legal assistance.

Look No Further

Several years ago John was unafraid of the "system" and not only took on the Redmond Police Department but King County as well. He did such a great job that the city ended up releasing 2 police officers due to their deceit and unprofessional conduct. Since then John has become my family lawyer and ...even once stepped in and got some charges dropped for me when I went to court without an attorney. John J. Polito is the smartest and most capable attorney ion the east side and I would recommend him to anyone.
