Incredibly profesional and personable

I feel fortunate to have found a lawyer of Johns caliber and ability. He and his staff where always available; professional and friendly. I doubt you could find a better man to have in your corner and a shinning star in the legal system.

Acquitted! The best words I ever heard!

There are no words or amount of stars I can give that can express the gratitude I have for John Polito and his firm. It is because of him and his team that my son was found NOT GUILTY on all five Class A felony charges, and has been acquitted. My son was only 18 years old and facing the possibi...lity of the rest of his life in prison. We needed the best attorney we could find, and John Polito was it. I knew he was the one when he spoke with me for hours about the case and even went to visit my son before we actually retained him. He went above and beyond my expectations, and never let me down. There were many hurdles and barriers to overcome over the last two years. I always appreciated John's transparency when communicating with us, especially when it came to going to trial. The case involved two co-defendants, and the trial took 6+ weeks. John was outstanding in the courtroom! Because of his passion and deep understanding of the case and the law, he definitely stood out from the rest. John's total presentation was always on point: his tone of voice, the clothes he wore, eye-contact, well-prepared questions, his clear and logical arguments, his attention to the tiny details, and his amazing closing arguments all contributed to the jury finding my son not guilty. I would highly recommend John Polito if you are looking for an excellent attorney. He is not only hardworking and professional, but he is truly passionate about his work. My son and his family will be forever grateful to John and Jack Polito.

Best Lawyer

John is an exceptional hard working attorney who expressed What I was wanting to say with regard to my pain and suffering better than I couldve ever. I felt heard finally for the first time. This resulted in a fair settlement after my attempts fell on deaf ears

Highly Recommended

This is the guy you want on your team. He (and his team) are professional, upfront, and dedicated. My daughter ended up with the best possible, overall outcome for her situation. One of the things I found most valuable is that he answers his phone day or night weekend or weekday. No leaving messages... with someone for him to call you back.

Look No Further

Several years ago John was unafraid of the "system" and not only took on the Redmond Police Department but King County as well. He did such a great job that the city ended up releasing 2 police officers due to their deceit and unprofessional conduct. Since then John has become my family lawyer and ...even once stepped in and got some charges dropped for me when I went to court without an attorney. John J. Polito is the smartest and most capable attorney ion the east side and I would recommend him to anyone.
