Mr. Nahajski is one of the best. Dealing with law firms can be nerve-racking. Mr. Nahajski made me feel like a very important client. The service was phenomenal. I couldn't be more pleased.

I was in a situation in which two people were lying against one (me). The prosecutor was 100% on their side and the public defender had not called me back in 3 days. I needed help and Lennard was recomended to me from the familys non criminal defence attorney for this case.
Mr. Nahajski listened to everything I had to say and was attentive to my every interruption and answered all my questions. He was very professional and truly cared about my case. He made me feel like I had a force to be reckoned with on my side.
He looked at all the evidance and police reports and bringing up many discrepancies in their story after which the two refused to work with the prosecutor and the case was ended.
Mr. Nahajski was a wonder to work with. I felt confident and well represented.

In June 2016 I found myself in the unfortunate need of representation due to my own exercise of poor judgement in driving after drinking. I reached out to the Nahajski law firm based on reviews on a website and I have been very pleased with the service. From the very first call Len demonstrated a level of competence and confidence that convinced me he had the experience and drive to represent me. He was very clear and up front with me regarding the fee structure , what to expect, and more importantly than anything - what I needed to do immediately to put my best foot forward. That included recording all events of the evening of arrest in written form, completing an alcohol evaluation, completing the courses recommended by the evaluation, and sitting through a DUI victim panel session. He kept me informed throughout the process and ultimately was successful and working with the prosecutor to lesson my conviction. He was patient with answering questions and by the time we got to the final hearing the judge actually said - "you are very proactive or you have a very good lawyer in making sure that you have come in with all of these (meaning the evaluation, course, etc) steps completed. Len also got the judge to recognize that a 1 year versus 2 year probation would be reasonable. I would recommend Len and the Nahajski Law Firm for representation.
