I hired John to help with a personal injury case that I was unable to settle on my own. I wish I would have just hired him from the beginning and saved myself time and headache. In the end, we didn't have to go to trial and ended up receiving the settlement amount that we asked for in arbitration.... This is due John being a shrewd negotiator and to what I like to call "out lawyering" the insurance company's counsel. He had knowledge of cases that the other lawyer was not aware of. I can also not say enough about his support staff. They are responsive, informative, and personable.

There are no words or amount of stars I can give that can express the gratitude I have for John Polito and his firm. It is because of him and his team that my son was found NOT GUILTY on all five Class A felony charges, and has been acquitted. My son was only 18 years old and facing the possibi...lity of the rest of his life in prison. We needed the best attorney we could find, and John Polito was it. John Polito has represented me in various cases in the last few years. While he will not sugar coat anything, you still feel like you are leaving his office with the least ambiguity as possible. As he states in his self profile he has a spirit to do the best and most comprehensive job for his cli...ents no matter what the case or the client is like. I would not Persue another lawyer in the greater Northwest. He not only represented me in one, but three cities. He made me sleep at night knowing I was in good hands. I have worked with John on a variety of cases over the course of 10 years, and have experienced nothing but success. My mom set us up in the very beginning, and this is just a classic example of how word of mouth cannot travel without a solid foundation and delivery. I really wish I could explain eve...ry situation, but I will keep it brief for the readers out there. Like when a stranger punched my front teeth out in public, and the multiple surgeries and replacement of my teeth were paid for and then some.
