One of the Best and Most Knowledgeable Med Mal Attorneys in Washington

When it comes to med mal attorneys, Dave is as knowledgeable and trustworthy as they come. He is not afraid to take on challenging cases and has tons of trial experience. He prices is contingency fees fairly and he is helpful to younger personal injury plaintiff attorneys who want to learn the trade..., as evidenced by the Forensics course he co-taught at Seattle U School of Law. The day he retires will be a very sad day, indeed.

Knee injury claim

David Williams is the kindest, compassionate lawyer I have ever met. He is highly professional and knowledgable, without being overbearing like some lawyers I have met. Experienced and Trustworthy

The Law offices of David Williams handled two cases for me, one in 2006 and one in 2015. For both cases, Dave and his team dove into the details to understand my personal situation, as well as the details of each case. In one situation, I was ‘mad’ and believed instant justice was due. Dave calmed... me down and prepped me for the long ride ahead. I’m glad he did, as emotions can run away and cloud judgment when you or your family are injured. In the other case, my injuries were second to the pure ‘hassle’ and paperwork the insurance companies were demanding. I was glad Dave’s team was there to intervene and prioritize the barrage of incoming calls and letters. Personal injury cases appear to be a passion for Dave, in addition he has the experience and legal savvy to provide sound advice and counsel. He’s as trustworthy as they come.
