Attorney Jennie L Clark - an excellant lawyer

Attorney Jennie Clark has a reputation for excellence, and from a satisfied and loyal client, I agree in the highest manner. She listened to me and taught me. She kept me informed . . . checking in and giving me updates, as well as providing options to help keep the cost down. She also provided ...options on how best to handle my case, to achieve the best expected outcome. I especially liked her for her ability to remain calm in crisis situations. I also was extremely impressed with her thoroughness and her consistent goal to protect the client's best interest. It is a pleasure working with a well grounded, knowledgeable and especially, an ethical attorney. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Poor performance. Poor Care and Service

I "HIRED" Jennie Clark for a property purchase dispute. Jennie Clark missed a motion reply timeline. This cost me a lot of unnecessary time. Jennie refused to have a trial date set for my case. Even though I repeatedly asked her have a trial date set. Jennie quit my case keeping the money I ...gave her. I ended up filing a civil suit against her. I would not hire Jennie Clark for another case.

I missed a deadline because the opposing counsel failed to properly serve me. I turned this matter over to the professional liability fund for repair and it was found by a judge that opposing counsel failed to properly serve me. Because I turned the matter over to the Professional Liability Fund, Dan was not charged to repair the matter and he eventually received a hearing on the merits. Dan wanted me to remain as counsel while the matter was repaired by the PLF and I had no problem with this until I received a report from a former associate attorney. I communicated to Dan he should find new counsel, as I felt uncomfortable representing someone who insisted on making contact with a former employee of mine after she called to complain.

Amazing Attorney and Law firm

Jennie has been helping in providing me with consultations and with helping out patients that I referred to her to receive compensation for their injuries. Jennie has always been professional and always on time. I would definitely refer more patients and continue on getting legal advice from her.

Helped me move forward

I was referred to Ms. Clark by a former client of hers and a friend of mine to help resolve a matter that had me utterly confused. through my best efforts I could not get through the red tape, and complications to get represented. Ms. Clark met with me in a timely manner, discussed and reviewed the f...acts and followed up with the needed documents and advice to resolve my situation successfully. She found an error in the justice system that helped me move forward.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL - EXCELLENT CARE & SERVICE

I would highly recommend Ms. Jennie Clark and her associates for any legal help. I was struck by a car as a pedestrian and suffered many injuries in 2015. Ms. Clark is sharp and caring and I had no doubt that she would take care of communicating with all parties involved. The service Clark Law and... Associates provided me was extraordinary, I was able to have peace of mind to rest and heal.
