Beyond unprofessional
NOT RECOMMENDING CLARK LAW & ASSOCIATES! Jenny Clark was the partner in charge overseeing my lawyer, Caleb Dorrance. I initially was impressed, but come the time of Arbitration, I realized they didn't know my case well, confused it with others and then Caleb forgot to file witness paperwork so wa...
Attorney Caleb Dorrance won your case! The arbitrator awarded you a significant amount. You paid no attorney fees or costs, as the court ordered your landlord to pay attorney fees and costs. Mr. Dorrance has not worked here since July of 2023. On July 2nd of 2023, Mr. Dorrance sent you your check for the full amount of your award along with a letter stating in part, "Our representation is now complete." On 8/4/23, I sent you an email stating: Dear Ms. (Name withheld to protect your privacy): I am glad that your previous case resolved. As Caleb is no longer working for me because he went to work for a landlord firm, I am no longer accepting new tenant cases. I am working 10 and 12 hours days. I can no longer accept new cases due to my huge workload. I wish you the best in finding new counsel. You were given a referral for new counsel. You are now writing this review over a year later. You have had plenty of time to find new counsel to address newly arising issues with your landlord. Any breach of contract regarding non-monetary issues and new issues with your landlord is a new case and would require a new lawsuit. I was and still am willing to send your file to a new attorney. I did what was responsible when I was handling double my normal caseload and declined accepting more cases until I could ethically and responsibly handle more cases.

Poor performance. Poor Care and Service
I "HIRED" Jennie Clark for a property purchase dispute. Jennie Clark missed a motion reply timeline. This cost me a lot of unnecessary time. Jennie refused to have a trial date set for my case. Even though I repeatedly asked her have a trial date set. Jennie quit my case keeping the money I ...
I missed a deadline because the opposing counsel failed to properly serve me. I turned this matter over to the professional liability fund for repair and it was found by a judge that opposing counsel failed to properly serve me. Because I turned the matter over to the Professional Liability Fund, Dan was not charged to repair the matter and he eventually received a hearing on the merits. Dan wanted me to remain as counsel while the matter was repaired by the PLF and I had no problem with this until I received a report from a former associate attorney. I communicated to Dan he should find new counsel, as I felt uncomfortable representing someone who insisted on making contact with a former employee of mine after she called to complain.
