Mark S Gorski

I was very fortunate to meet Mark at my arraignment for my arrest at a sit-in during the Occupy Movement in October of 2011. After spending the night in jail, having never been arrested before, I was terrified, confused and completely out of my element. I am a mother of two and had never done anythin...g to get the attention of law enforcement before that night. When I arrived at court, Mark was there waiting for me with comforting words and complete confidence. I didn't see Mark again, but he continued to represent me pro bono for the next 3 years as our case moved through the system. Knowing that Mark had things well in hand I did not have one bit of stress or worry about it. I was never required to appear in court after that time because Mark was always on top of my case and working with the other lawyers who were involved. I strongly recommend Mr Gorski to defend you in court. I can't express, in words, how much he did for me during my trial. He always kept myself and family up to speed and we were never blindslided by positive or negative feedback by the DA during the entire process. He spent many days/hours research...ing to help our case and again never disappointed me. Like anyone going to court I was very stressed but Mr Gorksi always knew and could calm me down. Horrible lawyer!! Did not help me at all with the case and in the end all my fees came to more than the cost of the ticket. Wouldn't answer the phone and then was very cocky and treated me more like a criminal than a client when I needed help. Did not provide me with sufficient information on anythin...g that the judge wanted me to do. I do not recommend Mark as a lawyer unless you really have nobody else to turn to.

I highly recommend Mr. Gorski. He was instrumental in guiding me through a very difficult situation. Without his counsel I am certain I would have faired much worse. His knowledge, experience, and guidance can be trusted and followed to obtain the best outcome possible. I would not hesitate to employ... Mark again if needed.
