Got a significant speeding ticket a couple years ago. Should have been an automatic license suspension with heavy fines. Mark is great! Clear and easy to communicate with through text, call, and email. Walked me through the whole case. I did everything he recommended! He worked a deal with the office...r and today I ended up paying 1/4 of the of the original fines, charges reduced, and most dismissed. No suspension. Highly recommend. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! Even the officer said I hired the right attorney!

I had a pretty bad speeding ticket that was 100+ mph on the freeway and $1,200. It took over a year to resolve but after Gorksi reached out to the officer to get a deal for me the officer miraculously agreed to drop the case if I did 10 hours of community service, took a 4 hour class about dangers of... speeding and wrote an essay about it. I fulfilled the requirements and the case was dismissed! Gorski had good communication (quick and short) and was clear about the requirements. I do believe the officer who gives you the ticket plays the biggest role in the outcome and I got really lucky.

I recieved 2 moving violations. The ticket allowed me to go to traffic school for one but the other would put the points on my license that would jeopardize my employment. The deal was traffic school for one charge and and a fine and points and a fine for the other. That's exactly what the ticket gave me to begin with, That's why i called him. And he has the gall to tell me he got me a deal. Some deal. When its all done, it will have cost me $1500.00 and my job. Thanks Mark. They say a man who represents himself has a fool for a client, you'd be better off. Only a fool would pay this guy to go to bad for them. I should also add that the court document he said would be emailed to me still haven't been sent 1 week later and he won't reply to my requests. Don't waste a cent hiring this lawyer.

Getting a speeding ticket that’s over 100 mph blows. I got mine in the Clackamas County, where the police officers are stuck up and unforgiving. Gorski was doing everything in a professional manner, and he explained the most possible outcomes from the beginning. I was looking at a $1,200 ticket, license suspension up to a year, a hand full of classes, and expensive insurance. At this point, decreasing the speed and the price of the ticket would have been enough for me. Instead, Gorski called me after the trial, and told me that the ticket got dismissed. Apparently the police officer left out minor information during the trial, which Gorski noticed, and later used the missing details against the case. The judge ended up dismissing the case. Gorski told me when he was talking with the deputy, the deputy said there was no way that he was going to drop the ticket, or lower it. Gorski saved me thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend hiring Mr. Gorski.
