Born in Utica, NY, one of 4 sons, the only Gorski to go to law school, I graduated in 1981 from Antioch School of Law in Washington, DC, moved to Tennessee to begin my legal career, and moved here to Oregon in 1987, and have been here ever since.
My chilren are grown, my wife Lynda and I have 4 Australian Shepherds, and we love to boat and be on the water as much as possible. I love beer, which helps being a duii lawyer, and music ( I'm somewhat of a stereophile ). I have had law partners, clerks, assistants and secretaries, but for the past several years I have found that being a one man operation, while exhausting, and hard work, is the best way for me to practice law. I answer my own phone, and do everything there is to do on a client's case. You hire me, you get just me. ( My wife does all the behind the scenes work on the business end of this shop, thankfully!)
I love what I do and I have worked many years and very hard to develop skills as a courtroom lawyer in traffic and criminal cases in Oregon state courts. I believe my best asset as an attorney is that I am a people person who cares very much about my clients, and I think that shows in what a lawyer does - to a judge, to a DA, and to a jury. There are many lawyers, there are very few skilled courtroom lawyers. I am a courtroom lawyer and I'm very proud of that. Thanks for reading!
