I hired Colin Hackett to represent me in a work comp case. He tried to negotiate an agreement with the insurance company. There was a potential agreement. Replied last February 19, 2016Hi Jeremy: I do not pressure clients in to quick cash settlements. You agreed to a settlement and it was a reasonable one. Then you unilaterally went back on the settlement without talking to me about it. You also did not take my calls or return my calls when I asked to speak with you about it. The settlement was reasonable and you agreed to it. I do not go back in settlements so I withdrew from representation of you. Then you wrote this bad review two months later as retribution becase I filed a lien for my attorney fee.
