Biography
After more than 15 years of litigation in criminal, civil, and family law cases, I have been appointed to the Beaverton Municipal Court as a full-time judge.
I am thankful for all my past clients and colleagues and I look forward to a full-time career in public service.

High Pricing and Lack of Expertise
I hired Mr. Kroll last year for a criminal case (Misdemeanors). His expertise was limited and he liked to use his past employment (District Attorney) as a selling point for his new firm. Replied last June 5, 2019The rules of professional conduct prohibit me from responding directly to much of this review. Those same rules also prohibit me from discussing what actually happened with this case and this client. I can say that there are several false statements in this review. Whether these falsehoods are intentional or simply negligent, I do not know. However, this person is going around leaving negative reviews wherever he can. This person received exactly what he hoped for - a complete dismissal of all criminal charges. I am sorry he is not happy with that. When working with an attorney, one should always understand the scope of representation and what the attorney legally can and cannot do. I think the rest of my reviews speak for themselves.
