Compassionate? Patient? Please!

He is very impatient. He likes to talk and don't want to listen to you. When you are trying to say something he will stop you and tell you to listen to what he's saying. He did not have my best interest at heart at all. He went over his $500 an hour speech. He didn't even read over my information bec...ause if he did he would know I have a great case. Be careful reading these reviews.

Dan will be on your side

Dan DiCicco is a consummate professional. As advertised on his website, he was on my side from the beginning and fought hard to protect me from an abusive (now ex-) husband after my first attorney greatly mishandled my case. If it hadn't been for Dan's expertise, I may have not received any spousal s...upport and what's worse, my ex was close to discovering my current location by using the law against me. Dan made sure my ex didn't pursue and find my residence by getting ahold of my unredacted credit card records. He was able to conclude my case without having to use all of the retainer and promptly returned the unused portion to me after our business was complete. I would recommend him to anyone who has a difficult ex or a currently incompetent attorney. - D. W.

Dan is great! He helped us with our "end-of-life" planning (wills and advanced directives).

Dan is extremely patient and has a great sense of humor. He is compassionate and a great listener. Making end-of-life plans can be emotional and tricky, but Dan was able to listen to our concerns and make suggestions.

Caring and experienced

I hired Dan for a multiple felony, criminal defense case. From the first meeting ,he was caring and knowledgeable and treated me as an individual and not a "case". He kept me informed during and after all court appearances , and always had time to answer all of my questions. He had the experience to ...negotiate with both the DA and the judge in this case, which resulted a favorable outcome, involving no jail time. All of this at a very reasonable fee.
