Mr Meyers was recommended to me via my realtor. I needed to evict a tenant from a house that I own. He drafted two documents for me; eviction notice and relocation agreement. This agreement resulted in the tenant vacating the property prior to the 60 day notice. I appreciated Pete's responsiveness. H...e answered his phone or returned calls in a timely manner. He explained legal terms in a layperson's language and was willing to incorporate my suggestions in the agreements. He got results.

We purchased our first investment property and set up lease agreements for the tenants. With Pete's help, the process went smoothly. I felt like Pete really listened to our particular situation and addressed our initial concerns specifically. He outlined a basic plan and timetable which helped manage... our expectations. We had a lot of questions throughout the purchase and the lease creation and he responded to all of our questions professionally, quickly and thoroughly. We felt completely prepared heading into the closing and lease execution. If we conduct any additional real estate transactions, we will absolutely hire Pete again.

As a renter of a home that had numerous issues/violations, Lawyer Pete Meyers was concise and quick on giving me the information on statutes and my rights as a tenant. Because of his expertise, I was able to get the settlement I wanted in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him if you need ...a lawyer in any of his areas of practice.

We hired Mr. Meyers for a Landlord-tenant dispute. He was very kind, pleasant to talk with & quick to respond & get things done for us in a very professional manner. However nothing has been resolved to this point with the PM Co. We may have to take further action I'm afraid. We will give it a little... while longer just to see. At this point though I can say Mr Meyers did try to help us get this resolved in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to use him again if needed.
