I think it was his detailed knowledge of the law and his quick absorption of my complicated rental agreement an...d park rules that made the landlord back down--she wasn't aware of the "alternative dispute resolution" provision she had drafted into her own rental agreement! Pete took advantage of that to our advantage and I was delighted when the landlord withdrew her 30-day for-cause termination notice. It was a pleasure working with him.

Mr. Meyers helped my wife and me end our lease with a property management company due to mold issues on the premise. I have never sought legal advice prior to this experience.
