Great to have him in my corner!

Landlord-tenant relationships always seem to get more complicated than they should. Mr. Meyers took care of my problem quickly, efficiently and effectively. Great to have him in my corner. I'd highly recommend his services!

A smart and honest lawyer looks after his clients

We are landlords, we have tried a few other lawyers in the Portland area, but none of the others had the key characteristics of intelligence and blunt honesty that makes Peter such a useful lawyer Peter Meyers is not your average lawyer. He's smart enough to not pretend that his clients are always r...ight. He looks after his clients best interest even if it means not taking an opportunity to increase his own billing. Also, he is not afraid to look things up in front of you, to go through the ORS to make sure that what he is telling you is the correct answer. We've dealt with other lawyers who gave us glib, off the cuff responses which ended up costing us about 2k.

Outstanding representation

I'm so pleased with Pete's work on my case, I will simply copy a thank you letter I sent to him: Hi Pete, Just wanted to send a letter thanking you for the great work you did on my case. When I first spoke with you and we discussed settlement terms with my property management company, I was ver...y concerned about the amount of time I would have to move out and find a new place to live. We discussed that 30 days would likely be the longest period my property management company would accept, so I was preparing for something possibly even shorter. I can't tell you how thrilled I was when you got back to me the next day, saying you were able to get me 60 days to move. It was far more than expected and I won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone needing an attorney in the areas of law you practice. Thank you again for your great work, professionalism, quick responses to my questions and kind manner. Your help made a difficult experience in my life much easier to manage. Best regards, KJ

HOA Dispute

I went to Pete Meyers to resolve an HOA dispute over money my HOA said I owed, which I did not believe was owed. Mr Meyer explained all my options and kept me very well informed of where the case was going at all stages of the procedure. The case ended being settled out of court with me not owing any... money to the HOA and all my attorneys fees being compensated by the HOA. I am very happy with the results and with the way Mr Meyers handled the entire case. I would highly recommend Mr Meyer and would use his services again if the need ever arose.
