Excellent attorney

I contacted Mr Meyers due to a landlord/tenant issue i was having. facing eviction at 68 yrs old was not on my bucket list. He advised me and went to court for me and ultimately helped me out of a jam.. yes I did have to move but Mr Meyers allowed me time to get things done so i could move with no pr...oblems. I would consider hiring him again if I get into a landlord/tenant issue. He was considerate and knowledgeable when ever I needed to talk to him.

Good Advise and Resolvement....

I sought out the advisement on a complex housing lease issue and Pete Myers handled the case in a very prompt and satisfying manner. There were some very serious contract problems that I was worried about, but they were resolved superbly for both myself and lessor. Pete was upfront and prese...nted me with options I did not like , but he handled the facts and the case was closed correctly. Pete Myers represented my best interest. I have referred several individuals to his office and both my referrals and I were pleased with the out comes. Need a property attorney that knows the business..See Pete. Frank.

Am I in a different dimension or did he buy all these reviews

Warning: many spelling and grammatical issues writing on my phone. Not really sure how he ascertained all these amazing positive feedback reviews. Either he purchase these good ratings or I was a one-in-a-million off potential client that just didn't strive with him. For I was looking for an ev...iction lawyer to help me battle an eviction. I'm going through a rather unorthodox eviction case. First let me give you some details when you contact him you will receive a call back promptly. and apparently before you can even schedule the consultation he charges you $150 so basically you're prepaying for the consultation over the phone..... that made me a little uncomfortable but I was reassured by all the good reviews he had on this website. So the night before the consultation I sent him all the necessary documents that were believed to be related to the case. Well at the consultation (which didn't even last a half an hour by the way) he was very very condescending and rude he basically gave me no useful information no useful anything. He said I'm pretty much screwed and maybe if the presiding judge is in a good mood he/ she ( yeah hearing scheduled in 5 days and he doesn't even know what judge would be looking over the case) might do this or do that blah blah blah. Bear in mind this is all within 15 minutes. he kept on dodging my questions when I asked him about a document I sent him and how that could help my case but honestly I got the feeling he did not even take a second to look at any of the documents I worked so hard to get together and send to him the night prior so we would have extra time to talk about a good defensive Game Plan and he wouldn't have to worry about reviewing all these papers. Like I said I was ready to leave within 15 minutes I got my purse and I was ready to get up and leave because we were getting nowhere I understand if you cannot help me I understand if you do not want to help me but what I don't understand is any kind of respectable lawyer sitting there doing nothing but converting oxygen into carbon dioxide for the last 15 minutes of the consultation and he even was like fine if you want to read the statutes here you go. Condescending rude and honestly I'm believing he represents the landlords in this case please save your money and please save yourself because this guy is anything but a good lawyer and by the way $150 is not a drop in the bucket for a single mother I was asking for a refund but you know how that goes basically I would never get one but whatever never hurts to try

Clear, concise advice/guidance.....

Pete helped me through a landlord/tenant issue, providing very practical advice and good legal guidance. He was responsive, turning around documents and returning phone calls quickly. He has kept me informed of upcoming legislation that impacts me. He has drafted Lease Agreements that were more pr...otective and appropriate to my situation than the boilerplate agreements you can buy online. In addition, he was a pleasure to talk with....with good humor and a no-nonsense style.

Landlord eviction

As a first time landlord dealing with an eviction of a tenant for cause Pete was professional and provided timely legal advice. He prepared appropriate documents that ultimately resulted in the tenant vacating without going to court! I also appreciated how quickly he responded to all questions whe...ther via email or by phone. I also appreciated his approachable manner and sense of humor!
