Pete Meyers

I like Pete Meyers. Pete was a real sigh of relief with his quick follow up--as landlord matters usually are (or at least feel) urgent--and the previous attorneys I've used have taken longer to get back to me; not to mention sometimes weeks to book an appointment. Pete got me in quickly. I found hi...m friendly, knowledgeable and an efficient communicator and I already like his focused approach and attention to details better than the previous two landlord rep attorneys I've used over the past 12 years. I'll be back next time I have a rental issue!

I am a former client of Pete Meyers, He helped me with a situation involving a former landlord that was harassing me for guest visitation, and later a personal injury I received while living at my former residence. I had a particularly complex situation in the mobile home park where I owned a manufactured home. Within just a day or two after meeting with him, Pete sent a demand letter to the landlord. I think it was his detailed knowledge of the law and his quick absorption of my complicated rental agreement an...d park rules that made the landlord back down--she wasn't aware of the "alternative dispute resolution" provision she had drafted into her own rental agreement! Pete took advantage of that to our advantage and I was delighted when the landlord withdrew her 30-day for-cause termination notice. It was a pleasure working with him.
