I like Pete Meyers. Pete was a real sigh of relief with his quick follow up--as landlord matters usually are (or at least feel) urgent--and the previous attorneys I've used have taken longer to get back to me; not to mention sometimes weeks to book an appointment. Pete got me in quickly. I found hi...m friendly, knowledge and an efficient communicator and I already like his focused approach and attention to details better than the previous two landlord rep attorneys I've used over the past 12 years. I'll be back next time I have a rental issue!

Mr. Meyers helped my wife and me end our lease with a property management company due to mold issues on the premise. I have never sought legal advice prior to this experience. This was such a positive experience for the two of us. Pete was promopt and professional at all times. He even helped me... to keep my cool when I became frustrated with the property management company. Pete also was honest with us and gave us realistic expectations for the outcome of our situation, which ended on a positive note.
