To give a little background, this was a landlord tenant eviction process I (the landlord) was pursuing and dealing with a very difficult tenant. I did not by any means give him an easy task. He effortlessly handled my case with ease and turned a very difficult and stressful scenario into a defused, resolved court order from a judge.
