I was recommended to Pete Meyers by another rental Lawyer who said that Pete was well versed with the new Landlord Tenant laws in Oregon where my incident occurred. I came to him with a demand letter from my residency of 12 years for quite a bit more than my original damage deposit. Pete and I revie...wed the letter as well as my paperwork from the beginning of my residency and determined I was indeed owed my damage deposit back.
