Pete helped me to address a conflict with a tenant who was violating several terms of her lease. The situation was further complicated due to the pandemic and the additional legal protections the tenant was privy to around this time. During our consultation Pete honed quickly into the situation with ...asking all the right questions. He explained clearly and concisely what my rights were and what I had to do to remedy the situation. He was selective in advising which violations I might have a case against and which ones I might have trouble contesting based on Oregon law and legal precedent. His instructions to me were very clear and working with him clarified a muddy situation for me and gave me the confidence to deal with a truculent tenant. To give a little background, this was a landlord tenant eviction process I (the landlord) was pursuing and dealing with a very difficult tenant. I did not by any means give him an easy task.
