I had a particularly complex situation in the mobile home park where I owned a manufactured home. Within just a day or two after meeting with him, Pete sent a demand letter to the landlord. I think it was his detailed knowledge of the law and his quick absorption of my complicated rental agreement an...d park rules that made the landlord back down--she wasn't aware of the "alternative dispute resolution" provision she had drafted into her own rental agreement! Pete took advantage of that to our advantage and I was delighted when the landlord withdrew her 30-day for-cause termination notice. It was a pleasure working with him.
