Pete Meyers

I contacted Pete Meyers due to an HOA Board that was unilaterally imposing Rules & Regs without proper notification or a vote of the unit owners. I retained Pete to review the ByLaws and advise me on how to proceed. He was responsive & timely giving good options for me to consider. Fortunately we di...dn't have to go to court.

As a renter of a home that had numerous issues/violations, Lawyer Pete Meyers was concise and quick on giving me the information on statutes and my rights as a tenant. Because of his expertise, I was able to get the settlement I wanted in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him if you need ...a lawyer in any of his areas of practice.

We hired Mr. Meyers for a Landlord-tenant dispute. He was very kind, pleasant to talk with & quick to respond & get things done for us in a very professional manner. However nothing has been resolved to this point with the PM Co. We may have to take further action I'm afraid. We will give it a little... while longer just to see. At this point though I can say Mr Meyers did try to help us get this resolved in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to use him again if needed.

I felt a very good communication with Mr. Meyer's, and had very professional representation of the landlord situation, along w/ getting extra time to prepare my life, from a termination, in which I needed more time...and I received more then asked for, thanks to Pete..I would and will recommend him ...to people...I know.
