James R. Gregory has been trying cases in Oregon courts for over twenty years. Although most cases settle prior to trial, Mr. Gregory is fully prepared to present your case to a jury in order to get what you deserve. He is a powerful and passionate advocate, with the experience to come through for you under pressure.
In his spare time, James enjoys exploring the Oregon wilderness with his family. Also an avid fan of sports car racing and licensed race driver, James volunteers as a Safety Marshall and High Performance Driving Instructor at our local race track, Portland International Raceway. He is a Past President of Cascade Sports Car Club, the oldest amatuer road racing organization in the Pacific Northwest.

2 Down. 2 More to go?
James & Kathleen give me faith in humanity. They maintain communication and care. From representing me at Clark Law & Associates to now their very own offices. (Congrats again!) From Directing me to other Attorneys to represent me for Bad Employment experiences while taking on my two car accidents...
Thank you, Wade! Kathleen and I were pleased to help you and proud of the result. We strive to provide great service, and are glad we succeeded.
"I tried cases against James back when I was a prosecutor. He knows his way around the courtroom and is always diligent, collegial and zealous in his representation. Having tried as many cases as James puts a civil lawyer way ahead of the pack when it comes to trying cases."
"I have had the privilege of working with James. I heartily endorse him as a consummate professional, and a highly skilled, creative and hardworking attorney who cares about his clients."
"I've worked with James on many cases over the years. He is a strong advocate for his clients, while also being a consummate professional."
"James worked at our firm a couple of years ago. Through that experience I learned that James is bright, diligent and very competent in personal injury matters, and in litigation generally. He also always exercised good judgment, and was trustworthy in all ways. I continue to refer folks to James on occasion."
"James has a multitude of experience and insight into both criminal and civil cases, along with techinical expertise. He has been a trial attorney since early in his career, which is rare. Any client who is represented by James would be at a strategic advantage will all of his experience."
"James Gregory taught me the value of always being more prepared than your opponent. He successfully challenged unconstitutional ordinances in the City of Portland, saving his clients and many others from injustice. He is brilliant and fights hard for his clients. I endorse this lawyer."
