I started my career as a paralegal for a civil litigation firm before dedicating myself to family law in law school. Originally I began my career as an attorney in San Diego County before moving to Oregon and joining a family law firm in 2012. I began my own solo practice, Brincat Family Law, in 2016, serving Oregon and California clients. In 2019 I decided to expand and join forces with another family law attorney, Jordan New, to form Brincat & New, PC. We focus on providing exceptional representation for Oregon and California family law clients. Currently we litigate throughout Oregon, primarily within Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Yamhill, Clatsop, and Deschutes counties.
