I have represented individuals and corporations in all types of civil litigation for over twenty years. My firm, McKelvey Law, specializes in personal injury litigation, arbitration and mediation. I used to work for insurance companies, defending their insureds, so I know the games insurance companies play. I specialize in car, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian and bicycle injuries, nursing home neglect and abuse, and I am a national leader in Onewheel electric skateboard product liability cases. I am also an arbitrator and mediator of personal injury cases, both court-annexed and UM/UIM.
