Excellent attorney
I have hired Karen as our Corporate Real Estate attorney. We work with her on a regular basis, and could not be more pleased. Karen is personable, responsive, efficient and all around an incredible counselor that offers valuable guidance for our Business Operations. Fantastic!
Karen Nashiwa is a great attorney! Karen has helped me over the last six years with a variety of legal needs. In 2014, she provided the legal documents (contract, promissory note, non-compete) and advice I needed to successfully sell my CPA practice. In May of 2015, she provided more legal documents and advice when we amended the 2014 promissory note. She has also reviewed office leases, employment contracts, and contract assignments for me personally and my CPA practice. She formed my legal entity, a Professional Corporation. Additionally, she provided even more guidance (and chicken soup!) when I was injured in a car accident. Karen has advised numerous clients in the past as well. She is very intelligent, patient, and kind. It has always been my pleasure to recommend Karen Nashiwa!

Attorney Karen Nashiwa
Karen is one of those rare breed of attorneys who have the legal education and knowledge, but also the practical know how to put it all into practice. She further has a personality, and a good one at that. The combination makes her an extremely effective attorney. I have both worked with Karen, and sought her counsel on business matters over the course of the last several years. I have always found her to be thoughtful, interested, engaged, and prepared to handle anything that comes up. Finally, as noted above, Karen is not just a very smart attorney, but she has those critical skills which are necessary to take a deposition, attend a mediation, handle a motion hearing, or conduct a jury trial. She is a rare attorney indeed, and she has my full recommendation.
