Trusted Divorce Attorney

After researching and interviewing several divorce attorneys, I came to the conclusion that Shawn would be the best attorney to represent me. From the first meeting, Shawn took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me understand the divorce process. Shawn is well versed in complicated and... high stress divorces. Throughout my complex divorce, Shawn gave sound advice and led the way with confidence and a wealth of knowledge. I felt well represented and extremely supported throughout the entire case. I would highly recommend Shawn whether you have a straightforward divorce or one that is complicated and demanding.

Very experienced divorce attorney

Shawn and his firm helped me navigate through a difficult divorce. He was able to thoroughly explain the divorce landscape as it's handled in the state of Oregon. I found this very helpful since the majority of my life was spent residing in other states that handled divorces much differently. Shawn ...offered honest advice but was very understanding and compassionate while working out a settlement. With his vast experience I was able to draw up a settlement that was accepted by all parties and more than likely provided me a more favorable outcome than if I battled in court. Ultimately this method allowed me to put less stress on my two kids which was a top priority.

Highly Recommend

While going through a divorce is incredibly stressful, working with Shawn reduced my anxiety over the legal part of the process. Shawn always made time to answer my questions in a timely manner with compassion and clear communication. I was a budget conscious client. He was always very prepared fo...r phone calls and meetings to minimize overall cost while providing superb service. I would not hesitate to recommend Shawn.

A compassionate and sharp attorney

Shawn Menashe was recommended to me by practically everyone I asked when I was considering divorce. I had a couple false starts due to family issues but Shawn was patient with me. I never felt pressured or as if I was a nuisance when I asked questions. He understood from the first meeting that my abs...olute priority was the well being and safety of my child and I knew he understood just how fiercely I meant that. Shawn also knew there were budget issues for me and had another attorney help (at a lower fee but in his firm) who was also competent and professional. I got exactly what I needed for my daughter and I feel assured that if more issues come up ( which they will) the firm will be there for us.
