Top Notch Attorney and Advisor

I interviewed three law firms before selecting Stefan Wolf to be my estate planning attorney. Throughout the process of setting up a trust, will, POA and Advanced Directive he was the consummate professional. Stefan is responsive, smart, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. After a phone conference with my long-time financial planner, my planner called me and asked if I knew how lucky I was to have Stefan as my estate attorney. My planner said he works with his clients estate attorneys all the time and had never worked with someone of Stefan's caliber. High praise from my curmudgeon of a financial planner! We finished the process on-time and at the quoted flat rate despite the complexities of my estate. I am now continuing my travels with peace of mind knowing my estate is set up exactly how I want it to be. Stefan's team is also extremely responsive and professional. Thank you!!

Great, efficient experience.

I had a chance to hire Stefan to prepare my trust per the recommendation from a colleague of mine. I had reached out to a number of lawyers but ended up going with Stefan for a number of reasons. First, he was very quick to respond and the process was completely clear and seamless. He also explained all the details fairly succinctly and clear to understand for us non-lawyer minds. The process of preparing the trust was also incredibly efficient. He was very quick, and very good at reminding me of things whenever I held things up. The costs were very fair and overall the experience was excellent. Hope to use him for help in the future!

Professional and courteous

Stefan Wolf updated our Trust, Will and associated documents to be consistent with Oregon law. We first met with him remotely during which time we explained how we wanted to revise our trust. He was very attentive and made numerous suggestions that would address both our need to be consistent with state law and our desires which were then accurately reflected in the documents he prepared. At our second meeting he stepped us through the documents and answered all our questions. For signing we had to have an in-person meeting, but the office took all the necessary precautions. Also, the office staff promptly assisted us in arranging meetings. This was the third time we updated the trust. Including the original writing, it was by far the best experience we have had.

Professional & Personable

We came to Stefan with a list of long and short term planning needs that he was able to immediately prioritize for us. A thoughtful and expert advisor for contingency planning

We sought out Stefan for the drafting of wills and related estate planning documents for our family. From the get-go, Stefan explained everything to us in clear and straightforward terms. Our introductory meeting struck a nice balance between personal and professional as we delved into sensitive subjects such as family, financials, emergency decision-making, etc. Stefan made a point of getting to know us, while steering an efficient and educational process for us. Clear, concise, and professional.

Made Estate planning Easy and Comfortable

I needed my estate plan to be in place before going out of country for vacation. I had 3 weeks and Stefan made it happen. His support team helped me prepare for my consultation so we could hit the ground running. They were clear about what I needed to do and super supportive throughout the process. Stefan listens to you and understands the considerations in the estate-planning process. He is very well versed in the laws and processes. He is patient and answered every question I had until I was content. I left my last appointment feeling relieved, confident, and happy - not what I expected after this sort of thing. Will and estate planning

Stefan was a joy to work with in updating our wills. He was polite, helpful and respectful. He honored our wishes and made appropriate recommendations when needed. Estate Planning

My husband and I are expecting our first child next week and Stefan helped us draft a will. Stefan and his team were great! He was very professional and helped explain all aspects of the document. Stefan was able to answer our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. All the staff that we encountered during our 2 meetings at Gevurtz Menashe were very friendly. Stefan exceeded our expectations

Stefan was very personable and he did an excellent job of putting us at ease. We hired him to help us with estate planning and he was very effective at helping us resolve issues as they came up in the process. As we had questions related to the way sections of the will were written, we would send him an email and he always responded quickly and with clear and concise information. Trust/Estate Planning

Due to an impending medical situation, my husband and myself needed our trust/estate planning done as quickly as possible. We were recommended to the Menashe firm, and Stefan Wolf was suggested as a good match for our needs. Upon our first meeting, we realized that we were in very good hands! Our urgency needs were recognized and handled with expertise. Stefan was both professional but also made us feel comfortable talking about and making difficult decisions about our future bequeaths. CONCISE • SUCCINCT • REASONABLE

I love to go fast...and I hate to get bogged down with corporate / legaleeze lingo. Stefan is knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer any question we had easily.
