Michael Barwood Gottlieb

I hired Gottlieb to renegotiate a lease that was about to expire. He indicated that he had been communicating with my landlord and the lease was just in the bag. I spent several thousands of dollars in improvements in anticipation of the renewal of my lease to find out that Mr. Gootlieb had not sucee...ded in obtaining an extension of my lease after all. All the money spent in tenant improvements were lost. The landlord demanded immidiate surrender of premises at end of lease. Mr. Gottlieb still demamded his fee for services and threatened to sue me for his fee if not paid in full. Add insult to injury.
