The attorneys at Eder Sturm Eder are fantastic!

I’m also practicing attorney and although I never wanted to be someone’s client, I know expert lawyering when I see it. The lawyers had clear goals and implemented strategies to build my case and also take advantage of opposing counsel’s mistakes. It was immediately clear that all the lawyers care ...deeply about their clients and their craft. They spent a long time investigating my case, including going to the incident scene multiple times, asking tough questions, hiring qualified experts, meeting with my witnesses, and never showed apprehension about going to court. I have nothing but the highest praise for Eder Sturm Eder. They are collaborative, tenacious, strategic, experienced, hardworking, clear communicators and personable. Ben Eder and his team took my dead-in-the-water case and resurrected it to a life-changing result. A personal injury case is by nature an emotional roller coaster, but I felt fully support by the entire team. Ben kept me apprised of all developments and carefully prepared me at every stage leading up to trial. We spent lots of time preparing for my deposition so I knew what to expect. We used advanced storytelling techniques to help me explain how the injuries most affected my life. Although testifying is scary, the guidance helped me share my authentic story. I'm forever grateful and can't recommend them enough.

A job well done

I would like to commend Ben and his entire staff for procuring the settlement involved between myself and the insurance companies. They did an excellent job explaining the processes and all other aspects of the case. I would recommend Ben and his firm to anyone needing help.

Amazing attorneys and company

I was in a car accident and they barely offered any money. So we decided to hire an attorney. Ben was able to help more than double what they originally offered. He helped prepare me for anything necessary and was always checking in and always said if I had any questions to ask. If I ever need an att...orney again 100% coming here.

Great Law Firm

“I was referred to David Eder for help with a medical malpractice case. I had never needed a lawyer for something like this. David met with me and explained how the law works, the statute of limitations and the fight that was ahead. David and his partners (Andrew, Ben and Joel) took on two differe...nt insurance defense firms. They always seemed to be a step ahead, anticipating how the defense would try and attack their malpractice. David and his partners invested in outside experts, set up expert reviews with my doctors and built up every aspect of my case. Our judge made multiple comments about how these medical malpractice cases are difficult but that I had picked a fantastic firm to represent me.”

Grateful

I was injured in a car accident, and I hired a lawyer without any research or knowledge of what to even look for. The experience was terrible, to say the least. I got false information, lost money I didn’t have and wasted a lot of time with a lot of added stress because I couldn’t get any answers o...r help. I was lucky enough to know someone else who was already going through the legal process with Attorney David Eder. My conversation with them is what also made me realize I was completely with the wrong firm. I was grateful my case hadn’t already closed and reached out to David. He spent time with me on the phone and in person walking me through everything and answering questions so simply, questions I had been asking the old attorney for the last 1.5yrs! So I switched over to David Eder. David and his partners (Ben Eder, Joel Sturm and Andrew Gust) took over my case and got everything in order. They were able to get the case out of a frozen position into double limits and my health insurance bills were waived. The difference between the first firm and these guys was night and day. I wish I had found them sooner, but I am so blessed to have found them before it was too late! Thank you!
