Had to sue a company for a pay issue. When doing research myself, I thought I could get a certain amount in small claims. Then I went on avvo to verify that I was right about a few details. Other attorneys said I was wrong, then Michael noticed it and we exchanged some emails and I went and met with ...him. I ended up getting about 10 times what I thought I would get in small claims court. Of course, various attorney fees needed to come out of that, but still MUCH more than I expected. Soon after that started, I needed to do similar to another company. Michael assisted with that and Michael absolutely destroyed them just like he did the first. If you need an attorney for any business matters, this is your guy. There's one review that complained about his lack of communication but, guess what guys, he's a lawyer. He's busy. He's got other jobs besides you. That said, I never had an issue with him not replying to emails. I'm pretty sure the guy works 24/7 and doesn't sleep because something he'd email me in the middle of the night. Don't waste your time with other attorneys. Start here.

Michael was great from start to finish! He is very knowledgeable, detailed, personable, and a straight shooter, which makes it easy to trust him. I felt like my case mattered and that he got to know me. At one point he said he had a 'smoking gun' and told me not to go looking because he knows that's ...exactly what I was going to do. During the deposition he was calm and held his demeanor while proving the defendant was lying multiple times, shocking even the defense attorney with things he had dug up.
