I do not recommend
I would not recommend Heather Unger for family law. As others have shared, she is not able to speak in a professional manner. It is also my impression that her own beliefs and past negative experiences with relationships do not allow her to perform appropriately in the areas of family law. She seems ...

Damaging
Heather Unger lied, regurgitated lies made under oath and supported a person who threatened to kill children. She has no morals and very little ethics. She's put my children in severe danger because of her lack of morals.

Replied last May 16, 2025Hi Tibi. It's not unusual for an opposing party, like you, to harbor resentments against the attorney who represents your ex. With that said, a judge, and evaluator and the OSB ethics department all disagreed with your assessment of me. I wish you the best.

Not a good lawyer
Heather was hired for my case to help out in which she did not. She made false accusations that were not true to my case. She does not know how to talk to her clients respectfully or professionally. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Not Recommended
Hired for divorce. Heather listens but does not come up with solutions. She is defensive when you express concern over your case and the handling of it. She charged me to correct mistakes she made with no apology. I would not recommend Heather.
