I called Damir when I was served with a criminal complaint. I scheduled a consultation by phone for the following day. He sent me a link for payment and we sent him a detailed summary of the incident and a couple of photos. The next day we spoke again, he reviewed the photos and detailed summary ...and asked very specific questions. After he fully understood my issue, he suggested possible solutions from a full dismissal to a no contest plea. He agreed to take our case and sent us a link for payment. It was really nice that he used current technology to streamline the payment procedure. He then obtained the police report of the incident which we had been unable to get and sent it to me asking me to review and comment. I sent back my response and he went to work. He contacted the prosecuting attorney, presented our explanation and requested a dismissal based upon the evidence. The day before my court date, he text me saying that he had received approval that I did not need to appear in court and it looked good for dismissal. Later that evening he texted me with the great news that the case had been dismissed. What a happy moment. Damir is professional, very good at communicating and a great attorney. If I ever need a criminal defense attorney again, he is the only one I would use. Best lawyer I have ever worked with.

For only 2 days left and don’t know what to do and where to start , for a very short time that I got serve for a case that I didn’t even do. I came across Damir Kouliev while doing a google search for lawyers on the Big Island of Hawaii who could help me fight a speeding ticket. Since I live in Canada, I needed someone to represent me without me being present. I contacted a few different lawyers to get a feel on who could represent me b...est. Some tended to be greedy, while others were vague on costs involved, etc. Damir was upfront with the exact expectations of costs involved and he seemed determined he would be able to get the ticket reduced.
