Damir Anver Kouliev

I came across Damir Kouliev while doing a google search for lawyers on the Big Island of Hawaii who could help me fight a speeding ticket. Since I live in Canada, I needed someone to represent me without me being present. I contacted a few different lawyers to get a feel on who could represent me b...est. Some tended to be greedy, while others were vague on costs involved, etc. Damir was upfront with the exact expectations of costs involved and he seemed determined he would be able to get the ticket reduced. The end result was he did exactly as he promised and I had to pay exactly what he indicated from the beginning. Damir was polite in email communication and was able to speed up the process and get it settled and the charge reduced before it caused additional stress for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who find themselves in the same predicament as me.

Damir is the epitome of professional. His rates were much lower than other lawyers here on the island, but his services were top notch. He was very easy to get a hold of and always made me feel like I was his only client. He got to know me just as well as my case and took a personal interest in my... well being. Highly recommended.
